Relay terms of service

Last updated: October 26, 2026

These terms are the agreement for using Relay. By installing Relay in a Slack workspace, you agree to them on behalf of that workspace's organization. If you do not agree, do not install Relay.

1. Who this agreement is between

This agreement is between Wonder & Workflow LLC ("we", "us"), 2505 S River Rd, Ste 2 #2003, St George, UT 84790, United States, and the organization whose Slack workspace installs Relay ("you"). The person who installs Relay confirms they are allowed to accept these terms for that organization.

2. What Relay does

Relay is a Slack app that connects your own AI assistant to your Slack workspace. Relay reads the channels you invite it to and the direct messages people send it, tells your assistant when it is needed, and lets your assistant read and reply in Slack. Relay runs no AI model itself.

3. Free during pilot

Free during pilot: we will not charge you anything, and we will not ask for payment details, until Relay is listed on the Slack Marketplace. When paid plans start, we will tell workspace admins in advance, and nothing will be charged unless you choose to subscribe.

4. Price after the pilot

After Relay is listed on the Slack Marketplace, the price is $7.25 per workspace per month. Billing is handled by Stripe on our website, not inside Slack. You will see the price and billing terms before you pay.

5. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the billing link we give you, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges. Relay keeps working until the end of the month you already paid for. We do not give refunds for partial months, except where the law requires one.

Removing Relay from Slack does not cancel a paid plan by itself. Cancel the plan as well.

6. Your AI assistant

You supply your own AI assistant (for example Grok Bot, Claude, Cursor, or another assistant that supports MCP) and pay for it yourself. Your assistant's provider has its own terms and privacy policy, and they apply to what your assistant reads and does. We are not responsible for your assistant or its provider.

7. AI output can be wrong

Your assistant can write replies, summaries and reminders that are wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important before you act on it. Do not let your assistant make decisions with legal, medical, money or similar serious effects without a person reviewing them first.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Relay to:

  • break the law, or break Slack's own terms and policies;
  • read or collect messages from people without the authority to do so in your workspace;
  • send spam, harassment, or harmful or misleading content;
  • move content from private channels or direct messages to people who are not allowed to see it;
  • try to get into another workspace's data, or test, overload or attack Relay;
  • copy, resell or rebuild Relay.

9. Your data

Your Slack data stays yours. How we collect, use, keep and delete it is described in our privacy policy, which is part of these terms. You give us permission to process your Slack data only as that policy describes, to run Relay for you.

10. Support

Email operations@wonderworkflow.com for help. We reply within 2 business days. See the support page.

11. Ending this agreement

You can stop using Relay at any time by removing it from your Slack workspace. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your use puts Relay or other workspaces at risk, or if we stop offering Relay. If we stop offering Relay, we will give workspace admins at least 30 days' notice where we can. When access ends, your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

12. Changes

We may update Relay and these terms. If a change to these terms matters to you, we will tell workspace admins before it takes effect. Using Relay after that means you accept the new terms.

13. No warranty, and limits on liability

Relay is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and secure, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Relay in the 12 months before the claim (which is $0 during the free pilot).

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any dispute about these terms or Relay will be heard in the courts located in Washington County, Utah.

15. Slack

Relay is an independent app made by Wonder & Workflow LLC. It is not made, endorsed or certified by Slack. Your use of Slack itself is covered by your agreement with Slack.
